Registration Guidelines

The registration form is used for program enrollment purposes only.

Each student is required to submit a new registration form for each academic year.
​

If you are a new student inquiring about the school, and to be assigned to a new teacher, please use the Application Form by clicking here: Application Form

Registration is considered incomplete without the return of a signed contract and deposit. (The school will send an invoice and a new contract once the completed registration form is submitted.)

Payments can be made online or by check.
